ICR Touch - Discounting full bills
Question:
Just wanted to confirm something with yourselves. I have been looking at the forum about the discount feature and I have seen something that said that the discount feature can only be used on items that are currently being added to a table but any items saved to a table cannot be affected by this.
Is this correct?
Is there anyway that a complete bill can be discounted without error correcting and reentering the bill. The customer would generally only give a discount when the bill is paid at the end so having it only discount current order items is a big inconvenience. The customer is looking to be able to do this with just a button press or two.

That is not correct, to apply a discount to all items open the table then press subtotal then the discount key.
