ICR Touch - Text message status button cutting off

Question:
I have noticed recently an issue with the Text Message status key. The print out in the kitchen appears to cut off at around 20 characters.

Is there a way to adjust this so it overflows to the next line?

The cut off messages are leading to confusion with the kitchen staff. Answer:

You should set "Condense Dbl Size Items when Overrun" to yes.
