If you are looking to edit customer details and customer groups in www.touchoffice.net, then head to the customers section on the left. From here you can click on any customer and edit information within.

Under customer groups, you can change permissions of customers based on their group. By default, all customers are Customer Group 2.

If you wish to use customer loyalty and deposits/redeeming, you will need to set the relevant customer group to account customers.
