Common solutions listed below:
Loose Connections - Are all cables pushed in fully to the printer itself, the till and to any network ports in the walls?
Out of paper/jammed - Please check if there is a light on the paper indicator showing the printer is out of paper, or if there is a grinding sound when attempting to print would indicate a jam of some sort.
Tills offline - If there are multiple tills onsite, please confirm that all tills are online and running the EPOS NI ICRTouch software.
Changed in configuration - Has the printer been moved and had the port on the till swapped at any point?
Printed items showing symbols - if the printer is working but showing lots of odd symbols, please contact our support team through the Intercom chat or one of the other methods mentioned in our website.
