Vectron - Adding & Editing Operators

This will walk you though any changes that you might want to make to the allowed Operators of the system. If you are looking to change which administrator privileges you need, please contact us and request a change. To make any changes to this you must be logged on as an operator with administrator privileges. Select Manager, Program Operators.
This will display a list of all the operators currently programmed into the system. The key areas to look at are;
- Name: Edits the name of the Operator
- Operator Group: Edits the permissions of the Operator
- Touch Code: Allows the use of a Dallas Key for the Operator. Simply select this box and then touch the key to the reader and the box will update with the keys unique code.
- Secret Code: Edits the passcode required on login. Setting this to 0 removes the need for a code. Once you have made your adjustments, send your changes to the other tills by pressing Send Data at the top of the keyboard. Once sent press the tick on the top right and you will be taken back out to the sign in screen.
