Vectron - Editing PLU Categories

Here I will go through how to edit a PLU Category. I won't be able to go into details of everything in PLU Categories as they are quite expansive and a lot of whats there is not relevant to any day to day changes. I will just be going through adding new PLUs to a currently created Category. If you need a new Category added or an edit made beyond adding new PLUs then please contact us for assistance. Before adding to the Category I would advise taking note of the PLU numbers you wish to add as the editor is quite hard to navigate. To open the Category editor, go to Manager, Program Categories,
Then scroll to the right until you get to PLU/Selection 1-100.
You are looking for where the numbers start to become 0, this will signal empty space in the Category. It's best to add PLUs in the next available slot, don't just add them randomly.
Select the empty space and enter the PLU you wish to add. Once you have added all you need to then select Send Data at the top of the keyboard to send the data to all the other tills and select the tick at the top right to exit the programming layout.
