Amount of printers can be changed in the config. Handles order printing so drink departments should print to the Bar printer, food departments print to the kitchen. Set the values to 0 to stop order printing for the department.
Printer 1,2,3 are useful, the other areas (Receipt type, ticket control etc) are unused. Condiments do not need this set as they follow the rules of the PLU they were attached to.

Self explanatory; 0 = not for sale, 1 = for sale
Discount allowed
Lets you select which discounts work per department. Useful for configuring a discount that only work on food or a specific department
Condiment
A condiment is a PLU that attaches to another PLU functioning as a customer choice or extra info. Generally used to tell the kitchen about the meal ordered, e.g Steak cooking time, optional side order chosen, allergy requirements. Condiments cannot be booked on their own so they require a PLU to attach to. Condiments are mostly used with PLU selections to create menu options
Modifier
Lets you select which modifiers work per department. Similar to discounts allowed.
