Vectron - Reporting Functions
The system has a few ways to report on sales and stock. You will have some of these preconfigured already in your Manager tab. These are the simplest way to carry out your regular reporting needs.
You will have both X and Z reports for most of these. X reports are a snapshot of your reports where as Z reports clear the system down so it begins at zero. X reports are low risk but always be sure you are doing Z reports at the right time.
- Daily Report: This is your daily financial report. Used to check your total sales throughout the day and will breakdown sales to Cash/Card, Food/Drink or any others requested.
- Operator Report: This will report a financial report broken down by operator. This allows you to see how much each operator has sold throughout the day.
- Weekly Report: Another financial report but can be run along side your daily report. Typically used for a weekly read of the financials but can be altered to the time frame of your choice.
- Time & Attendance: This reports details about the sign in/out functionality on the till. It is separate from the typical Log in functionality to use the till and is used more for tracking shift work and breaks.
- Full PLU Report: This is your standard stock report. Typically done monthly, it is used to do stock checking or other stock checking.
- Saved Reports: These backup your reports so if an error occurs with a Z report, the data isn't lost and can be reprinted.
