ICR Toucher - Mix and Match with PLUs that include priced condiments

Question:
I am setting up a mix and match discount for a customer. The offer is to discount the cheapest item in a BOGOF.
The problem I am having though is that one of their items uses a List Box Link to adjust the price. Its an omelette that has 2 fillings for £7 or 3 fillings for £8. So the PLU is set to £7 with 2 popups at zero price and a third one at £1. When I enter this item into the offer it only discounts the £7 and won’t catch the extra £1 for the third topping.
Is there a way to do this so that I can catch the variable price in the BOGOF or would I just be better separating the options into two different PLUs?
